Three Tuesday Tips:

Three Things to do to Tip the scale towards your Health. 

 



1.  Drink a 12 ounce glass of filtered (Not tap) water every 2 hours for a total of 6-8 glasses per day. Your skin, gut and brain will thank you!


2.  Add juice of 1/2 organic lemon the first and Last glass of water for the day your before breakfast and hour or two before supper. Very Alkalinizing. your joints will clap hands.


3.  Eat two cups of green leafy veggies every day: Detoxes you, give energy and Magnesium and your gut will hug you back.
