Three Things to do to Tip the scale towards your Health.
1. Wake up every day and as your feet hit the ground for the trip to washroom: Thank God or the Universe for something: your health, a kid/s, a partner, a friend. Gratitude sustains Happiness and Manifests Health.
2. Pay something forward: Give flowers to a loved one. Buy the stranger behind you a coffee or pay the bill of the young/elderly couple in the restaurant: Live to give: Opens your life to receive.
